This is what I made for dinner tonight, I had a local spring cabbage potatoes and onions so I lightly boiled them before mashing with some butter grated cheese and an egg a pinch of salt and black pepper before baking with some baby plum tomatoes on top until it was golden, I had it with some button mushrooms cooked in a little olive oil so they were crispy and it was perfect healthy comfort food as it’s been bitingly cold today.

You really can't Jerry. I am a lover of one pot food and I have to say it looked delicious. It's definitely warmer but boy is it very windy here and we've had the rain this afternoon. I was almost blown over whilst out LOL 👍🌈😊

We certainly seem to have similar tastes Jerry. It was fairly dry albeit incredibly windy here this morning but we've had loads of rain this afternoon.
