Here’s what I made for dinner tonight, it’s soup, made with a large spoon of quinoa baby leeks 1 large diced potato diced onion some baby carrots. All par boiled before coarsely blending then bringing back to the boil with half a tin of coconut milk some low salt bouillon a little dried chilli and black pepper.
Then I diced another small potato and cooked that in olive oil instead of croutons so this is gluten free and plant based and hit the spot for me.
To me this is wholesome comfort food and on that happy note enjoy your evening and keep warm and safe. 🌈😊
Good morning Jerry that does look nice I love leeks we need to have more I particularly like your potato cruton effect makes it more yummy I think that way hope you have good day pixie had walk in circle on the yard then a mad dash down garden in more snow looks like another park photo day I'll have to clear some off my phone it's deeper than yesterday I was reading more on your family post and I have a fated story to add regarding very old photos 👻❄️❄️❄️🙀😁
