Hi everyone,
I love soups so was pleased with this one that I made in my slow cooker with veggies and red lentils I put enough water in the slow cooker for the lentils and just added them dry.
I mixed a dessert spoon of rice flour in cold water to a paste then added more water and some vegetable bouillon with chilli coriander ginger turmeric and black pepper and just let everything cook.
This is gluten free and plant based And I enjoyed it very much. 🌞
