Gluten free vegan Hob Nobs...

β€’19 Replies

Hi everyone,

I've been experimenting with this recipe after my friend and neighbour gave me some of these Tahini and almond biscuits:

healthunlocked.com/veganfoo...

I popped round and said come and try some hob nobs later and she said I'm fasting and then in the afternoon I had a text I'm on my way get the bikkies out!

Here's the recipe:

150g plain gluten free flour mix 50g flaked almonds 60g ground almonds 150g coconut oil with 1 desert spoon of maple syrup 120g brown sugar.

Heat the coconut oil and maple syrup before mixing with the dry ingredients into a dough, shape into little rounds flatten and place on a greased baking tray and add a few flaked almonds before baking at 175c for 15mins until cooked.

Very nice with a mug of tea especially on the weekend, so enjoy the rest of your day folks. 😊
