My meal this evening was very colourful. I was having the remaining portion of my slow-cooked beef meal, and served it with some naan bread, plus other things: hard-boiled egg; celery; tomato with coriander and vinegar; red pepper; peach; cheddar cheese; and a plum.
I really enjoyed it. Very tasty.
