Home made Gluten free Almond and Raisin cake

Hello everyone,

This morning I made this cake as I've been painting at home and I finished yesterday so I made this as a treat which seems like a plan now it's mid afternoon and with a nice cuppa...

That looks great. Just back from a lovely sunny country walk and have a mug of tea but no cake🙁. We ate it before we went - big mistake.

It wasn’t actually cake☺️ but a very delicious fruit scone. I love scones but it has to be the right kind to tempt me as I mainly eat low(ish) carb. This was perfect, crisp on the outside and fluffy and fresh on the inside. Eaten with butter.
