Green lentils and veggies with roast potatoes

Hi everyone,

Here's what I had for dinner tonight its green lentils with fresh organic mushrooms and onions with my favourite winter veg with spices cooked with some roast potatoes.

I really like meals like this as they're easy and wholesome it's not fancy cooking but who cares on a winters day like today.

This is gluten free and plant based. 😊

There's water coming out of the ground here as there's so much rain water running down the hill, I'm glad I don't live at the bottom and I'm sheltered from the wind as I'm in a valley, well thats the positive spin...Just stay safe folks. 💨

Along with the weather conditions, where I live, when we get rain, it goes to the bottom of the street I’m on, but I live near the top, too!😀

We had a dusting of snow over night followed by all that wind and rain, my worry living in the forest os trees falling and I've enough fallen branches around me.

Oh my goodness, we've had no snow where I live, just the awful rain and gales. I really hope that nothing has fallen on you or your house Jerry, stay safe.

Yes our little granddaughter had a lovely time, shame we couldn't stay longer the weather was just too awful but she had a lovely time anyway.

That looks lovely Jerry, very healthy. I was wondering earlier how the weather would be for you. I am so glad your safe, its been pretty bad, thankfully we have escaped the worst of it and so far have not lost power 😊 but I have got a flat tyre and a brake fluid leak

I'm really sorry that you've a flat tyre and brake fluid loss that can be dangerous so may be you need a dash cam to protect your car...

I've just had someone try and scam me on eBay as they had a brainwave change the listing after the sale...eBay telephoned me and gave me advice and for some reason the scam has failed LOL.

If the car had been intentionally damaged I know how the culprits would be - those cretins near by. It has been a real nuisance as I don't have a spare tyre just a puncture repair kit, now have to wait for the tyre to come in as they didn't have any. I will get the brake fluid sorted - it is odd they both came up together 🤔
