Why do you want to cut out fatty meat?

Dietary fat is a very complex topic. In and of itself, fat is a critical macronutrient. You need it. Despite decades of research trying to prove that its harmful (for ideological reasons) there's no evidence that it actually is.

The truth is closer to grandma's traditional advice: if you eat a lot of junk food (which just coincidentally tends to be rather fatty) you're not going to do yourself much good. But it's primarily the Coke, the bun, the ketchup and the chemicals that are the problem (and possibly the cheap-and-nasty meat). Not the fat as such.

Well, just avoid "mystery meat" (you know, cheap burgers and suchlike) and you'll probably be fine. If you're eating good, home-cooked food made from recognisable ingredients (as opposed to stuff out of a packet) you can't really go far wrong.

If you've never tried it, I can thoroughly recommend getting some pastured pork or beef from specialist free-range farmers. It's expensive, but it tastes 10x better than the supermarket stuff!

Ok nice one👍🏾

Or make a stir fry - mushroom, peppers, vegetables with soya sauce, some spices and salt if you like and boiled noodles

You have to try pizza - my favourite - just put in oven 20 min from Iceland
