You can go to the right hand side of the screen on the computer and all the way down the page if your on the phone. The Topics section has a new name-- Interests.

It works so good for me!

I am struggling to loose weight last wears and the only thing that works is keto plan and I fasting .

Carol I' high end Keto meaning high end carb comsuming by doctors orders My husband is Ketto and has beenfor over 3 years and lost 75Lbs he went from a position he moved around about alot in to being in front of a computer or air travel and corporate expense account for meals. The waist line expanded I had always been thin I utilize for seizure and diabetic control. The diet is easy to follow and every satisfing one just needs to adapt to some minor changes. Cravings for pasta, breads, rices any grains is diffcult although things are being manufactured and are on line that taste great. You can make your own breads with Almond flour and pizza crust. The rest is the same minus the sugar use truvia or simply use herbs and veggie's. So I'm guessing you found this diet to be as wonderful as we have, natural. Many health issues dissappered for my husband he was able to eat things he could not before like nuts. He started exercising and running looks antastic for a man ready to retire. Was just offered a new job after he leaves this company he's a steam roller. Always says he has to stay in the best health for me, someone has to lift me up when I fall down. At least until my new 6 month old if our prayer our answered responds to training will be my seizure dog. I wear aDEXCOM 6 for diabetic condition. So happy we have this site and I'll post some recipes I've created over the years and look forward to reading others.
