Here's a double decker salad sandwich I had with my home made cheese and chilli bread, it was a bit of a doorstep but we all make mistakes...And I enjoyed it the photo shows the texture of the bread which is 1/2 gf brown bread flour and 1/2 buckwheat flour. I also love mayo and yeast extract with a salad sandwich...😊
