I was looking at some breakfast ideas, and stumbled on a recipe for sugar free banana bread, with home-made chocolate chips. It's made with coconut flour, so also gluten free
The chocolate chips use a small amount of maple syrup, but it works out at about 1/8-1/4 tsp per portion, so I'm not counting it

By the way, this is only 1/3 of the cake - I split it over a few dishes for convenience!
