With just six months to live based on a very aggressive form of cancer this is the story of the power of plant foods in fighting cancer - in his own words.

Not just plant foods have a role, positive mindset and more. If anyone here has cancer or knows someone with cancer then perhaps this video might be an inspiration to them to think about the effect dietary choices on their health.

It also shows what can be done in body building terms purely on whole plant foods.

Gosh, He had been dealt a difficult hand in life.

Very inspiring and I’m glad this man has come through to share his story.

There was an interesting case a few months ago, with a woman who was told she had terminal cancer, and only a few months to live. I think she was a rugby players wife?

She started an intense juice fast, and a couple of other complimentary treatments, and basically 6 months later, they were surprised to find her cancer was "gone" (it had been incurable).

I think because of who her husband was, she couldn't go into full details, or recommend the treatment for others, but loading your body with nutrients seems to be a common theme here.
