Sea Bream, Baby New Potatoes, Steamed Brocolli & Leeks :-)

Hi everyone,

My evening meal is some Delicious Sea Bream (pan fried) and some Boiled Baby New Potatoes, and Steamed green veggies (Brocolli & Leeks) and then 10g parmesan cheese and a knob of butter and black pepper - plus my usual Apple Cider Vinegar for extra flavour. Yum!

I really enjoyed it.

This looks a smashing healthy meal Zest and it's good to see the baby potatoes cooking merrily away and I agree about cider vinegar adding zing. 🙂

Yes, I have my Apple Cider Vinegar, and my husband favours Malt Vinegar. So we have a bottle of each, to suit our tastes. :-)

Yuuuummmm. I’ve never had sea bream. Deffo buying it next time. Looks great

An idea for your potato’s. finely chop up some dill and crush potato’s with fork and mix together or spring onions or both. Makes plain potatoes a bit more flavourful x
