Hi everyone,
Here's a soup I made with a leek, carrots, white onion, courgette with coriander, black pepper and a little Tamari (gf soy sauce). I cooked the vegetables, then blended most of them while just leaving a few chunks here and there.
The roll shows the texture of the gf bread and it's just right for this weather. I enjoyed it. 😊

looks great jerry. is that thyme on it ? i'v had lots of problems with my stomach and throat and was loosing my voice and got sent to an oncologist who put a tube up my nose and could take a photo of my throat. i was worried but iv not got cancer but since iv stopped eating meat, he said iv got acid refux. especially since i dont eat fried of greasy food or even oranges, i find this information very strange,i do eat lots of berries which are supposed to be alkaline. i started a new medication and i think that may be the cause.really I'm quite confused. love grace xoxo

Lots of med's can cause acid reflux so I'd google the med and look for side effects, its very unpleasant so I'm sorry and maybe taking the meds with food could help, just a thought.
