This is what I have most mornings for breakfast. My cardiologist suggested protein shakes a few months ago to try and she’d a few kilos. I spoke with a dietician who suggested adding some fibre so now my morning mix consists of: Protein Powder, blueberries, unsweetened almond and coconut milk, Greek yogurt (I freeze it in the serving size), LSA and Psyllium husks. It’s filling and yummy 😋
