I was marvelling at the colours whilst cooking my evening meal. I have photographed the different stages of doing this meal:
Top left - shows the white onion, red pepper and red chilli pepper
Top right - shows the 'sauce' which contains 3 chopped Plum tomatoes, a squirt of tomato puree, some apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and a tablespoon of peanut butter
Bottom left - shows the addition of further stir-fry ingredients - Bok choy, manges tout, baby sweetcorn and broccoli florets - I added some already cooked chicken just afterwards too, plus the homemade sauce - and heated it through - cooking for another 5 mins or so, until all cooked and hot
Bottom right - shows the final meal - which was served on a bed of soy and ginger flavoured noodles.
It was delicious!
