Hi. I’m new. I’ve been on a vegetarian diet for a few years now. I mainly eat Mediterranean (lentils, hummus), Mexican (rice, beans, salsa and guac), eggs, minimal pasta/bread, dairy (I love cottage cheese tho) or sweets (dark chocolate hits the spot every now and then. I add 100% cacao and pea protein to fruit smoothies.) I make varieties of green salads. I juice carrots, green apple, a beet and celery to drink regularly and sometimes add to smoothies. I’m kinda bored with the meal routine so I’m interested in inspiration as well as sharing what has worked for me. Thanks.

What is your favorite flavor of hummus?

Hi there :)

It’s a tie between pine nut and roasted red pepper. Fresh basil pesto is quite good mixed in too :P

Ever tried black bean flavored hummus? I’ve tried that and black olives. Both are great!😀

Hummus with gluten free crackers go great together. 😀

How are you with sweet potatoes? They are very versatile. As well as baking, mashing they can be cooked as chips without oil, just sprinkle some garlic powder or spices over them. Also they are a great basis for sweet pancakes.
