I bought a soup from the supermarket today, and it is a Lentil & Chickpea soup. I put the entire contents in my bowl, but rapidly realised I only needed half a portion, so I stopped eating it half-way, and will be re-heating it for lunch tomorrow. The soup (for half a container) was 147 calories, and I had some bread rolls alongside - half a Jalapeno and half a Pumpkin seed bread roll with butter. I allowed 300 calories for the bread and butter, so the entire meal was approx. 447 calories.
