I have tried a new recipe that I found online, in the Kitchen Shed website, and here is a link if you'd like to see this recipe:
Chicken & Mushroom Supreme:
I have adapted the recipe to suit my own preferences and basically I have added some wholemeal pasta and some peas and green beans.
I used 350g chicken, and 120g wholemeal pasta, and I used less water than they suggested - I used approx. 600ml water to make the stock. It was plenty.
I plated it up into bowls, and had 4 portions - so we can have some for lunch tomorrow - which should be great.
I sprinkled over 2 heaped teaspoonsful of Parmesan cheese on top of my bowl - and it was very tasty.
