Today I made some Celeriac Soup, using this recipe from BBC Good food:
I adapted the recipe slightly, in that I also added 100g frozen peas.
It was very tasty, and I had a bowl for lunch, alongside a Jalapeno bread roll with peanut butter - lovely combination!
I have made 6 portions of soup in total - so I'm going to freeze the remaining portions for a later date.
Celeriac has a definite 'celery' flavour - but I must say that even though my hubby doesn't like celery - he said that he quite liked the soup - providing it had some black pepper sprinkled on top.
