Hi everyone,

Well being easily influenced I had to make a stir fry with a satay sauce and (I used Tamari which's gluten free soy sauce) I used crunchy peanut butter with garlic white onion hot chilli sweet peppers carrots sweet potato garden peas baby plum tomatoes and chestnut mushrooms. And added ginger cumin corriander turmeric chia seeds and black pepper plus some stock and the Tamari.

Black quinoa is really a very dark red and just as it finishes cooking all these little white curls come out of it...I really like red quinoa a lot.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. 😊
