Lunch out today: Thai Beef & Melon Salad 
Hi everyone,
I enjoyed a Thai Beef Salad today - which was some Beef marinated in some Thai spices and lovely fresh Melon - and a mixed salad - it was really tasty. I really enjoyed the addition of the Pea Shoots too.

I chose a salad called 'Superfood Salad' today for my lunch - it had a large portion of
as I love tasty cheeses...
The salad is just mixed leaves with grated beetroot and piled high...😀
