Courgette, Potato & Cheddar Soup 
Hi everyone,
I fancied a homemade soup today, and I found this easy recipe in the Goodfood website, so if you also would like to make it, here is a link:

It made 7 portions of soup in total, so I'm going to freeze some for another time. I have to say, it was incredibly tasty - I really loved it. I would definitely make it again.
I had it for lunch alongside a Seeded roll and butter, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
