As I approach 50 I'm trying to make better eating choices including meal ideas, and can use all the help and support I can get, as I'm a busy person who hates cooking! lol

yesterday I went to a funeral and knew the wake would have nothing suitable. So from a nearby garage shop I picked up and ate two packs of tenderstem broccoli and a big pack or ready chopped fresh mango. Quick & easy, no cooking and totally nutritious.
