Good evening folks, ever since we did the healthy snack poll I've been thinking about sugar free yet healthy treats that are a real treat and today I cooked some Medjool dates with Bramley apples and some chia seeds into nice smooth puree and then I cooked some pancakes made with ground chia seeds and quinoa flour to keep them healthy with a little semi skimmed milk and one free range egg (and I have plenty left for tomorrow)
I cooked 2 small pancakes coated them with the date and apple mix rolled them up and ate them as they were as they do not need sugar.
