I am not used to cooking Chinese cuisine, so this was an experiment on my part, but I put together a stir-fry using some Egg noodles, Beansprouts, chicken, ginger, sun-dried tomatoes and a soy and sesame dressing and also put some cashew nuts in the mix for extra crunch. It was very tasty and filling.
The photos show my meal and also a couple of photos I took when I was in a lovely Park in Hong Kong. Nice memories. Very tranquil and peaceful.
So for today, my calories were as follows:
Breakfast (my usual porridge, with mixed nuts, fruit and seeds) and tea and coffee - 484 calories
Lunch - Tomato soup and granary roll with butter - 343 calories
Dinner- the Chinese noodle stir-fry - 1,042 calories
Total calories for the day, including 25g chocolate and some teas and coffees = 2,052.
