Today I've had:
Breakfast: Porridge, with mixed nuts, seeds, and fruit - approx 492 calories.
Lunch: Minute steak wholemeal sandwich with cous cous salad and lentil salad, plus a pickled onion and a pickled egg - approx 671 calories.
Afternoon snack: Fruitcake and coffee - approx 185 calories.
Evening meal: Roast chicken with Jacket potato and mixed vegetables (swede, red onion, and broccoli) and gravy - approx 656 calories.
20g dark chocolate and coffee - approx 156 calories.
With a few extra teas and coffees my total calorie intake for today was 2,169 - which is just within my calorie range of 2,000 to 2,200.
