This morning my breakfast looked particularly colourful, and was very tasty.
Porridge (30ml), semi-skimmed milk (150ml), fresh fruit (strawberries), dried fruit (2 chopped apricots), mixed nuts (4 almonds, 2 Brazil nuts, flaked almonds, walnuts) and mixed seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower and golden linseeds). Finally a sprinkle of Ceylon Cinnamon powder. I do also put 1 tablespoon of Belgian chocolate protein powder in my porridge and 1 teaspoon of inulin powder. Total calories = approx 492.
