Here are my meals for today, plus a photo of some daffodils I saw growing outside - great to think that Spring is around the corner.
Breakfast: Porridge (30g) with 150ml semi-skimmed milk, with fresh fruit, mixed nuts and seeds and a sprinkle of Ceylon Cinnamon on top. Approx 458 calories.
Lunch: Greek-style yoghurt (100g) with mixed seeds, nuts, and dried apricots. Approx 308 calories, followed by a slice of homemade fruit cake and cup of coffee (236 calories)
Dinner: Tuna Pasta Bake - approx 488 calories
Followed by 22g dark chocolate (118 calories) and a Truffle (64 calories).
Total calories for today (including some extra teas and coffees) = 1,752 calories.
