And a Happy New Year to you Henbur,

Well this sounds interesting and very positive on your behalf so good for you and I wish you well with it.

I really like his attitude which's to change our relationship with food permanently rather than go on fad/extreme diets, so here's a link if anyone is interested:

So thanks for flagging this up.

Jerry 😊

Thanks Jerry, really recommend it not just about relationship to food about changing lifestyle but in a realistic way, not about gym memberships and spending money on expensive kit or supplements it’s about incorporating it into your own lifestyle in a doable way. Really compelling read would recommend to anyone. Rainbow food for gut biome is very interesting.

Happy New Year Henbur

I really enjoyed his TV programs, very informative. Didn’t realise he had produced a book, so I will look that up.

Michael Mosley’s book The Clever Gut Diet is also a good introduction to the importance of food variety, gut bacteria and good health.

Good luck with the healthier new you!

Hi Penel, you’re spot on - funny you should say that Michael Moseley and Dr Chaterjee are right on the same wavelength I have 3 Michael M books (fast exercise, gut and 5 :2) that I will be digging out to complement my new regime!

Hi Henbur, this sounds like a very interesting read and thank you for sharing. It's nice to read something that is doable and without any fads, there are so many fad diets out there it's a minefield.

Here's to a healthier and happy 2018.

Alicia :)

Thanks for posting this, I’ve never heard of Dr C before but I have just read the summary in the link that Jerry included and like what I read, it makes perfect sense and seems such a simplistic approach. I’ve already signed up for email updates and to the blog etc.

Good luck in your new approach, and thanks for inspiring me!!
