Lunch today: Smoked Haddock, Wholemeal toast and Poached Egg followed by Coffee and Cake :-)

Hi everyone,

Here is my lunch today, some delicious Smoked Haddock with Wholemeal toast, butter, a poached egg and some Plum tomatoes. It was really tasty. Approx 533 calories.

Afterwards I enjoyed a piece of homemade Fruit Cake - and a cup of coffee. Approx 245 calories (probably over-estimation of calories).

This all looks good and wholesome to me 😊 I love poached eggs on toast and I love fruit cake...😊

Thanks! I know you like poached eggs - they are also my favourite way of having eggs.

That looks really yummy Zest and you can't beat a bit of Smoked Haddock with poached egg and to finish it off with homemade fruit cake. :)
