Festive Christmas Recipes

Hi everyone,

I have put up a photo of my Turkey Christmas Dinner that I had last night in a restaurant.

To accompany it, I am putting up some Recipe links from the BBC

BBC Food Collections:

Healthy Christmas Recipes:

bbc.co.uk/food/collections/...

Vegan Christmas Recipes:

bbc.co.uk/food/collections/...

Gluten-free Christmas Recipes:

bbc.co.uk/food/collections/...

I hope those links work out ok.

Zest :-)

Mmmm, I've just been looking through some of the recipes, and within the Vegan section, there is a lovely Almond Lentil Stew:

That looks really good.

Thanks Hidden,

I hope you enjoy your Yorkshire pudding when you make it tomorrow!

Glad you enjoyed the Cyprus Meat Balls for lunch, and it's great that you're enjoying the range of foods in the forum - I have cooked a traditional Thai meal tonight (the full name is Kway Teow Pad Thai' I think... :-) It was really tasty. :-)

Hope you're having a great weekend.

I love them!

If you make them yourself, it's a nice dessert to put half a peach or an apricot, or something similar, in a Yp tin, then eat it with syrup on :-D Naughty but nice! x

That sounds very interesting! I didn't make that Yorkshire pudding myself though - I was out in a restaurant, and I don't think I've made one before, but maybe I'll give it a go! :-) xx
