Lunch today :-)

Lunch today :-)

Hi everyone,

I really enjoyed my lunch today - it was some Wild Pacific Red Salmon (half the contents of a small tin), with some tomatoes and apple cider vinegar on some fresh wholemeal bread, and I put some butter on the bread too (15g). I'm showing the ingredients on my chopping board, which made up 2 sandwiches - one for me and one for my hubby. He enjoyed it too.

Total calories in 1 sandwich = 537.

Please share what you had for your lunch today, if you want to. I'd love to hear - it's nice to share meal ideas.

love sandwhichs, made some for my evening meal with some of the sea food salad from yesterday.. was going to post/share but fell asleep..

prawn and scallop with mayonais in freshly baked bread..☺

could only eat half of them and wraped half in tin foil and put in the fridge.. will eat them when i can get up and make my way to the fridge.

finish my cup of tea frist.
