I am excited that the weekend is here. On Friday evenings I often have something 'extra' in the way of a 'dessert' - here is my meal this evening - a Thai Green Curry which has chicken thighs, aubergine, green pepper, coconut milk, Thai spices and paste, and it's served on a bed of brown basmati rice, and a squeeze of fresh lime. Approx 570 calories.
For dessert I had some vanilla ice-cream with some sliced almonds and a strawberry. Approx 179 calories.
