I'm excited because it's the weekend. I had a really nice lunch today at a local supermarket cafe - it's a Pulled Pork with hummus and quinoa wrap, with yoghurt and pomegranate seeds on top - it was very tasty. I forgot to take a note of the calories from the menu, but have tried to estimate now I'm home, and it came in at approx 585 calories.
What did you have for lunch today, and/or what are you having for dinner?
I am hoping to find a new recipe to try - so will be having a look through some recipe books. If anyone has tried a nice recipe recently, and would like to share it - I hope you'll post about it. It's great to share ideas.
