I am on a strict diet for kidneys

Since I'm on a strict diet for kidneys, it is low sodium, potassium, phosphorus and low- protein.

I am learning how to do extra healthy cooking and using things from my garden . I wanted to see if there's anyone else out there that wanted to share recipes ?
