I often read books about diet and nutrition and whilst every book as it's own 'stance' on what is good or bad for you, my take on them is to draw what YOU feel is best from each one. Every day some food is vilified and others not, take Soy for instance, when 'Soy' first hit our headlines it was a healthy food. . . It has now been linked to breast cancer, however what hasn't?!

Remember to make sound judgements when it comes to food and above all be realistic. Food is best consumed in its natural source, the more processed it is the worse it becomes for you, sugar is as addictive as cocaine so drastically reducing it will only serve you well. . . Keep in mind the saying 'you are what you eat' . . .
