Happy to report that I've completed my first week on the 12 week plan and have lost 4 pounds and an inch from my waist. It's great to get immediate results to reinforce what can happen when exercise and healthy eating go together. I'd been moaning about my weight staying the same even tho I was exercising more but I had been rewarding myself with high cal snacks.........
Onwards to week 2, I will have more challenges this week as I have a 3 day break away with friends this weekend.
