I am on my first week this week and I lost 2lb I had hoped for more. I did put everything into the calorie counter. Someone has said to me don't be too upset if you don't lose on the first week. Sometimes it's because you may take a couple of weeks to start to lose.

Keep it up lets see how we get on last week.

I think some of us are a week behind at the scales.  So if you can keep your nerve and stick to it for another week, you might do well.  It took me years to realise that the mini binge I had after some weigh-ins was affecting the weight at the scales two weeks after.   It is worth recording absolutely everything you are eating.  It is the only information you have to review, see patterns and help your tweak your behaviour into regular weight losses.  Good luck for next week.

At least it's not a gain, I have learnt that everything needs to go in the calorie counter even my peppermint tea. I also tend to put the calories of what I've had up a little higher if I can't find the correct one. Good luck though x
