Eating Healthy is sometimes not easy. I started buying healthy ready snacks to save time and hassle.

Hi know exactly what u mean. I use graze. Have fab choice, flavours etc something for everyone, b/fasts, snacks etc all in individual portions so great to fit in your bag & u can set up how regularly how often you get an order & differnt type boxes
You fill out a profile likes, dislikes, allergies etc. They will send out a variety then go on your profile to say whether u like, dislike, send again soon
Always find have something to snack on sweet or savoury
I get suspicious when a product is labelled as healthy. I would look more closely at the ingredients especially the artificial sweeteners and then decide if they are truly healthy.
If you want healthy snacks you could also vary your intake by also eating nuts, seeds or fruit. Nature has a wonderful way of packaging food with all its goodness than manufactured food.
