Today hasn't gone well. All week I was feeling motivated, I went to the gym everyday and I ate healthy but today, I started my day off with a nice healthy breakfast and then I went into town and went out for a meal with my friends and then went for coffee and cake! However, tomorrow is a new day and another chance to get back on track! Soup for lunch tomorrow and then the gym. Hopefully days like this don't come around too often. They always do.
