Are IgG food intolerance home tests worth the money?

I have seen some ads about those test for food intolerance to do at home, anyone tried? Or how did you find out you had a food intolerance?

Just found this site. I have known for several years about having an allergy to Brassicas and always said lettuce house straight through me. I saw an intolerance test advertised as a Living Sicial deal so decided to give it a go though very skeptical! I had a sheet to fill out but didn't really want to to give them any clues! So that chap said that was fine and we'd see if we agreed! We did and more as well. I flagged up 42 things, done I knew for certain, a few I suspected and a few I'm supplementing ( vitamins) so I was still low on those. He hadn't come across anyone who flagged up as many and it would be impossible to cut them all out but I've certainly cut down the portions and how often I eat something's and despite having an underactive thyroid in now losing some weight but very very slowly. What's more I feel a lot better for it!
