By 'omelette' I mean a Spanish or Italian style, rather than French. I like a fritatta with assorted veg, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese - whatever available. Leek, mushroom and cheese is possibly my favourite.

Cheese, ham and tomato omelette with a salad. Low carb and yummy 😋

Had to vote other as there are many I like and it changes with the season. Through the winter for work lunches I've mainly had home made vegetable stews that I can heat up in the microwave, and add different proteins to for variety. As the weather gets warm enough for a cold lunch I'll be doing something similar with salad.

Love crusty bread......with very lean ham, lettuce and tasty tomatoes....with a little mayonnaise. Now I'm salivating as its 22.30 and a long time since my sarnie.

Any of the above. It depends on the time of year. I rarely have the same thing 2 days running.

Voted other. On weekdays I am at work and don't get any breaks so I don't get a lunch. When I get home I exercise, get kids from school then have dinner. Later I have 'snacks' with my TV and relax time so I guess that technically is my lunch replacement calorie wise.

Weekends I have a larger dinner (like spaghetti Bolognese or roast) so have to keep my lunch calorific low. Will have low sugar beans on two slices of milk roll (199 calories) or half fat cheese and onion on (milk roll) toast.

I rarely have the same lunch every day but I enjoy homemade soup or omelette/fratatta with cheese ham mushrooms tomatoes or anything low carb I have in the fridge.

I love a cheese omelette with a nice mixed salad, but I'm also rather fond of a Thai style coleslaw with chilli and peanuts or some yummy home made soup.

Homemade blended vegetable soup, Other would be a mini cold buffet style lunch, where there are various choices.

I really enjoy Sushi! And squid sautéed in a white wine and shitak

I love having salads whenever it's possible for lunch when I'm not in a rush.
