frozen vegetables can be the best option when fresh is unavailable as they are usually frozen very quickly after harvest.Peas for example are frozen in - field so very little loss of nutrients.

I use my freezer loads as I will make batches of let's say curry and freeze. I freeze homemade soup, burgers, stews, curries etc etc. I would be lost without my freezer.

Me too. Do you buy frozen fruit.

Not tried this yet

No I don't as I don't eat much fruit due to fructose as I have IBS so have to be careful.

At this time of the year our freezer is practically full mostly with fruit bought when it is at its best, to tide us over the winter. A tip; we freeze tomatoes whole then when required hold them in boiling water or under the hot tap for about 15 seconds and the peel will come away very easily leaving the tomato whole.

I have been leaning towards frozen more recently, as the nutrients should be frozen in.

I have tried prepacked veggies and always found although they look nice, they really don't taste it to me and fresh doesn't taste as good as it used to, organic is better but comes complete with a free catepillar🙂

Totally agree re taste of vegetables, even organic. My mum grew her own veggies and I've never tasted veggies like it since.

I must admit that the only choice I did not make is fermented. All the others are fine. Later on, I'm going to have a look to see what others we have.
