Other - rosemary - can’t believe not on your list, bay leaves, lime kefir leaves, summer and winter savory, Angelica, lemon balm, burdock, nettle, dandelion leaves, lavender, rose petals, geranium leaves - especially rose and apple, Greek basil, curry plant - and those are just the ones handy in the garden. I could go on.......

Oh dill - how can you forget dill - on hot tomatoes with spring onions and balsamic vinegar - yum - it’s a blow in so it pops up all over the place.

Oh. And chives of course. And wild garlic leaf - but always bit hesitant about picking myself without an expert at hand in case I pick the nightshade instead!

Love most of the herbs and spices - unless one buy very expensive meat these days, it has no taste at all so herbs and spices help. This shouldn't be the case I realise but unfortunately it is. x

All the above, & far too many others to mention. 😁

Basil, Coriander, and my other is Italian herb mix Xx

I am not surprised that Basil takes the lead with coriander. Basil is very popular!

I don't like rosemary, occasionally use parsley and of coriander I generally use the spice. Other is Italian mixed herbs and za'atar, a middle eastern mix plus several herbal teas including camomile and peppermint.

I like both of those teas.

I find mint and parsley grow very easily here, so use those a lot to enhance vegetables or garnish a dish. I like mixed dried herbs too for a lot of casserole type meals. Sage is lovely with apple when cooking pork.

My favourite is Coriander, especially fresh coriander leaves in salads or curries. Gorgeous! I really enjoy herbs, and keep reminding myself that I should use them more often.
