Very difficult to make a choice, almost any cheese except mature cheddar or anything highly processed is probably my best answer.

I don't eat cheese anymore but I have fond memories of blue cheese and especially truffle cheese.. yum.... I eat vegan but am not fond of vegan cheeses.

Nothing better than a strong, tasty Cheddar with thick, crusty bread and butter (not marg) and pickled onions.

Having said that, I love all sorts of cheese, depending what I'm eating it with etc.

I like whitefish. Alaskan cod or halibut with lemon. Mmm, i want some now. Lol. Never had anything like crab or lobster. Tuna is ok, once in awhile i have that.

I love cheddar, but it does have to be a mature one.

Hi Jerry

Cheddar at the moment but in a short while I'll be making my own Vegan cheese, I printed a recipe off the internet yesterday for the cheese.

Definitely a strong cheddar - it's the most versatile. I'm partial to a goats cheese and a bit of Wensleydale and cranberries!

LOL 😊

Top 10 in order for me: number 1 = BLUE!

1) Top of the list is stilton. I have time for saint-agur and roquefort and gorgonzola.. but they don't come close to stilton.

2) Greek Feta, my beloved.

3) Rich soft cheeses like boursin, or even sheep's boulΓ©

4) Semi-soft cheese e.g. chaumes, like port salut.. or something in that family..even a traditional morbier yum!

5) Mature cheddar, the aule classic!

6) Camembert de Normandie (baked specifically),

7) Goat cheese. The rinded log variety especially.

8) Gruyere/comte YUM especially in a fondu kind of situation

9) manchego.. and other aged sheep cheese

10) Brie de meaux // parmesan can't decide

Provolone. Yum.

Hi

I can't eat cheese any more but I have always liked really strong cheddar, crumbly Cheshire, Lancashire, Wensleydale with cranberries. Yum yum . Love and hugs Lynne xxxc
