In general how would you rate your health? - Healthy Eating

Fair but massive improvement!! If it wasn't for the chronic arthritis I would say good 😊
Fair, I've improved from two years ago since I cut down my meds by over half as the side effects were making me so ill. Now I don't have any side effects and I just take pain relief and muscle relaxants, it's helped enormously. I am able to do more and pace myself balancing activity with rest. Hopefully I will keep this way and do even more in time. Positive mental attitude helps a lot for me. I refuse to be beaten by Fibro, CFS/ME, Osteoarthritis and Tinnitus!
Fair overall health I think, but for the arthritis in hips, knees and ankles. Which limits me somewhat.
Poor - because I Dont have same appetite and no support since brain haemorrhage 3 yrs ago. . Health deteriorated markedly over last 2 yrs, through blood disorder diagnosed 3 months before B H. So it's personal circumstances as well as medical.
I have a chronic illness, but I am and the medication are now 12 years stable! I rate myself excellent at health....
It is a very general question.
Interesting. What do you 'make' your water in? Do you use the water 'as is' or use it to make tea and boil vegetables?
I rate my current health as 'good' because, whilst it is a long way below what it was at best, it is so far in advance of what it was at worst - besides I wake up breathing every day so what have I to complain about
At age 65 I feel I'm in 'good' health. I have arthritis (knees a bit dodgy) but no medication. I try to keep active and have a reasonably healthy diet and lifestyle and feel I am blessed to be able to enjoy mylife.
cheers, so you make the water in a glass then I have some demijohns and wondered if they would do.
just starting trying to be more heather but the arthritis is slowing me down back to work next week more walking should help
Good- having to deal with the medical issues each day and still able to do everything I want during my busy day at work and on the weekends.
I am overweight and feeling my age (52). I easily get out of breath doing simple things. I feel arthritis setting in, I'm no where as near as supple as I used to be.
