As a T2 diabetic I would not go for the Porridge and dried fruits option. Dried fruit too high in sugar. Same goes for muesli.

If you are on a g/f diet, perhaps the answer is none of the above. I am also trying to reduce glucose in my diet so fruit is questionable.

I went with porridge but I would have gone with the Egg if it did not have the toast with it.

They are all as bad as each other, all have either sugar added in the low fat versions or are centered around a carbohydrate. Should have had bacon, scrambled eggs and mushrooms fried in butter, it would have been the most healthy of the lot, good natural fat, protein and no carbohydrate or added sugars.

I go for porridge with fresh blueberries topped with a tablespoonful of ground nuts & seeds
