I've been loving kale recently!
I also enjoy kale, its got lots of health giving goodies.
Cinnamon adds to the falvour and also improves the metabolism of carbs in the food. Oats,soy powder can also be added in the food to.improve the nutritional value.
I also use fresh root ginger regularly and chilli reasonably regularly, also fresh herbs, love live natural yoghurt you can use it for lots of things, a desert spoon on curries, chilli dishes, to make salad dressing with, on fresh stewed fruit, love it on my cereal with fresh fruits.

sorry just noticed this. Not sure about recipe blogging, I would just share what I eat and things I do with my food.
as I try to eat mostly raw - I don't cook, sometimes I do dehydrate (less than 105 C) tyo avoid destroying the enzymes in the vegetables/fruit.

I eat whatever I want - my blood test & urine test all have good results. Just stagy away from items with added sugar and exercise
