lemon sole with a chive sauce .
pan fried the fish two minutes each side in a little olive oil . Nice with a chive sauce over , used sour cream and a Dijon mustard (1/2 tsp) plus chives . No bones in the fish at M&S . My main meal today at 1330 . Is it better to have a smaller meal at 1730 than lunchtime to lose weight ? Thanks

Weighin
You would think that they would have some access to
healthy
eating
in their cafes. It's predominately cakes and sandwiches. O well. Anyway I weighed in yesterday and only gained 1lb. I had feared the worst. I thought maybe 3 or 4 as I hadn't been to slimming world for a couple weeks.

What simple healthy eating tips work for you ?
For instance, I start my day with a pint of water, with 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and a freshly squeezed lemon.I've found that this has eased, the mild problems I was having with bloating and heartburn. I take medication and do so happily for other health issues but where possible, if I can use a

Healthy eating gone out the window and feel guilty! Anyone else experiencing this?
I am in my second trimester and I feel like my
healthy
eating
has gone out the window of late. I have had aversion to vegetables and all I want to eat is carbs (pasta, pizza, bread), sweet things and crisps! Finding it hard to control myself! I’m hoping it’s a phase and will pass soon!

Low fodmap foods and seasonings
My husband has (hypo) thyroid disorder and gluten sensitivity. He's been trying low fodmap, which is fine unless you enjoy using garlic and onion to season, which we do. I'm hoping someone can suggest flavorful alternatives...

Intermittent Fasting follow-up
I am going to do 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour window of normal
eating
, which for me is very
healthy
.
Eating
from 11am - 7pm. I don’t need to lose weight but I do need to tone up - so I am adding 60 minutes if exercise into that schedule.

diet drinks etc
me and my family n friends read in the news today about the sugar fee and diet drinks and aspartame sweetener being soo dangerous and cancer risk. some agreed it is a big issue whilst others say it’s always been known but only just been in the news / certified today. and some of them say they’ll stop
